Returns are accepted only under the conditions listed below and require prior approval.
Damaged or Defective Products
Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
An unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory
Incorrect Product Received
Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Note: Product images may be professionally enhanced for clarity. Minor visual differences do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.
If you wish to return a product that is not damaged or defective:
Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
For international returns:
The same courier as the original shipment must be used
If shipped via DHL / FedEx, returns must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened, used, or tampered products (hygiene reasons)
Change-of-mind returns for opened items
Promotional, discounted, or clearance items

Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed as applicable
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
✔️ Damaged or defective product (reported within 48 hours)
✔️ Incorrect item received (verified claim)
✔️ Order delayed due to an error on our end
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Customer refuses delivery
Package is returned unclaimed after 15 days
Customs duties / taxes are unpaid by the customer
Delays caused by customs, weather, natural disasters, or political disruptions
To process any return or refund request:
A continuous unboxing video is required
The package must be shown in sealed condition
The entire opening process must be visible
Claims without valid proof cannot be processed.

International orders (USD): Original payment method
India orders (INR): UPI, bank transfer, or original method
